About Aivar Innovations

Aivar is an AI-first technology partner where cutting-edge technology meets industry expertise to supercharge your business. Founded by ex-AWS leaders, Aivar's AI-augmented teams help enterprises move from AI experimentation to production-grade systems: fast, governed, and built to last. We combine consulting, engineering, and proprietary accelerators (Convogent, Velogent, and Kubogent) to deliver agentic AI, cloud transformation, and managed operations that drive measurable outcomes. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Sorin Investments, Aivar is trusted by 100+ enterprises across fintech, healthcare, logistics, retail, and technology.

Role Overview

Aivar Innovations is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to run the digital channels that build Aivar's presence and pull in demand. The mandate is balanced: half brand momentum (reach, engagement, and voice, with digital and social at the core) and half pipeline (digital and demand-generation programs that turn attention into qualified interest).

We sell into complex, multi-persona buying committees across long purchase cycles, so our marketing must earn credibility with technical, economic, and end-user buyers alike. You will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager, who supplies narrative and assets, and the Senior Director, Marketing, who owns brand strategy. You will direct external agencies on execution and roll up your sleeves to execute directly when needed. On a lean team, both matter.

Key Responsibilities

Social and Brand Momentum:
  • Own Aivar's social presence end to end: strategy, content calendar, and platform-native content.
  • Grow reach, engagement, and share of voice in the category, so a lean company feels bigger than its headcount.
  • Partner with the Senior Director and PMM to keep social and brand messaging consistent and on-strategy.
Growth and Demand Generation:
  • Plan and run digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, accountable for qualified pipeline contribution alongside brand goals.
  • Design and run growth experiments across the funnel, from awareness to qualified lead, with a test-and-learn habit.
  • Own the website's content and call-to-action layer, including conversion rate optimization; work with agencies and developers on site builds and make changes directly as needed.
  • Manage lead tracking, nurture, and attribution in the CRM in partnership with the sales team.
  • Measure, report, and optimize across channels, with weekly visibility into funnel metrics and spend efficiency.
Field and Partner Marketing (Shared):
  • Support field activity the team runs together, such as roundtables and sponsored events, owning specific activities and dates so shared work doesn't slip.
  • Support co-marketing motions with technology partners such as AWS, Anthropic, and OpenAI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B digital and growth marketing experience, comfortable being measured on both brand momentum and pipeline.
  • Proven track record running B2B social as a primary responsibility, with evidence of grown presence and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with paid and organic channels, funnel analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience marketing technology or digital transformation offerings (AI, cloud, data) to enterprise customers is preferred.
  • AI-native ways of working: you use AI tooling for content, campaigns, and analysis, and keep finding ways to do more with a lean setup.
  • Added advantages: Webflow proficiency, CRM experience (HubSpot or similar), field event experience, familiarity with technology partner programs, and experience building agents or automations to remove repetitive work.

Skills and Competencies

  • Fungible and self-directed: you flex across team priorities and own outcomes without waiting for detailed briefs.
  • Ability to translate complex AI and cloud capabilities into clear, compelling content for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical acumen: campaign measurement, attribution, budgeting, and reporting.
  • High ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple channels, agencies, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, and strong collaboration with sales, product marketing, and leadership.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.
