Aivar Innovations is building the next generation of enterprise AI accelerators — Convogent (Conversational AI), Velogent (Workflow Automation), and Kubogent (Agentic Orchestration). These platforms are deployed at scale for enterprise customers and are at the forefront of applied agentic AI.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across all three accelerators. This is a founding PM role — you will be the single product mind that connects our CEO, customers, and engineering teams. You will shape what gets built, why it gets built, and how it gets shipped.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who has shipped AI or agentic platforms before, thinks in systems, and is excited by the challenge of product-managing platforms that are themselves building AI agents.

What You Will Own
Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and own the product roadmap across all three accelerators — Convogent, Velogent, and Kubogent.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into a coherent, prioritised roadmap that aligns across platforms.
  • Drive quarterly and annual planning with clear north-star metrics and milestone milestones for each accelerator.
  • Identify opportunities to unify or modularise platform capabilities across the accelerator portfolio.

Customer & Stakeholder Interface
  • Act as the primary product interface for enterprise customers — own product discovery conversations, gather deep requirements, and close the loop on delivered value.
  • Work directly with the CEO to align product direction with Aivar's growth and commercial strategy.
  • Partner with the Sales and Solutions team to build product positioning and go-to-market narratives for each accelerator.
  • Run structured Voice of Customer (VoC) programmes — user interviews, feedback synthesis, and win/loss analysis.

Engineering Collaboration
  • Be the product owner in sprint cycles — write crisp, unambiguous user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a groomed, prioritised backlog and make hard trade-off calls when scope conflicts arise.
  • Work closely with architecture and engineering leads to understand technical constraints and feasibility before committing to roadmap timelines.
  • Define and track release milestones; drive cross-team readiness for product launches.

Product Metrics & Outcomes
  • Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, retention, and customer value realisation across each platform.
  • Build feedback loops between product usage data and roadmap decisions.
  • Own post-release retrospectives and continuously improve the product development process.

What We Are Looking For
Must-Have Experience
  • 7–12 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly on AI, ML, or agentic platform products.
  • Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade SaaS or PaaS products end-to-end, from discovery to launch.
  • Deep understanding of LLM-based systems, agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration — not as a spectator, but as someone who has built or managed these products.
  • Experience working in or with early-stage, fast-moving companies where the PM defines structure rather than inherits it.
  • Strong ability to write precise, developer-ready requirements without over-specifying implementation.

AI & Technical Depth
  • Fluent in the language of AI product development: fine-tuning vs. RAG, agent tool use, prompt engineering, context management, latency-quality trade-offs.
  • Capable of engaging credibly with ML engineers, platform architects, and enterprise CTOs in the same conversation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native deployment (AWS preferred), API-first product design, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Ability to evaluate build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions for AI capabilities with informed judgment.

Product Thinking & Execution
  • Structured thinker who can distil ambiguous market signals into clear product hypotheses.
  • Comfort operating at multiple altitudes — from strategic roadmap decisions to writing detailed acceptance criteria on the same day.
  • Strong prioritisation instincts; knows when to push back, when to ship, and when to wait for more signal.
  • Data-informed decision-making with a bias for action over analysis paralysis.

Communication & Influence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to write a one-pager for the CEO and a technical spec for an engineer with equal clarity.
  • Comfortable presenting to enterprise customers, navigating product objections, and building trust through product credibility.
  • Collaborative by default; able to influence without authority across engineering, sales, and leadership.

Good to Have
  • Prior experience as a founder, early PM, or in a 0-to-1 product role at an AI startup.
  • Exposure to conversational AI platforms, workflow automation tools, or enterprise agent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer contexts in BFSI, healthcare, or government — sectors Aivar actively serves.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) and A/B experimentation frameworks.
  • Contributed to or managed developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, or platform toolkits).

Why Aivar Innovations
Aivar is an AI startup building production-grade agentic platforms for enterprise customers. We are not building demos — our accelerators are live, generating commercial value, and on a strong growthtrajectory.

  • You will be the first dedicated PM — your decisions will shape the product organisation and culture as we scale.
  • Direct access to the CEO and the founding team; no layers between your ideas and execution.
  • Work on genuinely hard problems in AI product design — multi-agent orchestration, enterprise reliability, and human-AI collaboration patterns.
  • Be part of a team that is technically sharp, moves fast, and holds high product quality standards.
  • Competitive compensation with meaningful equity participation.
